Synchronised Gait

This post is for TimidLee whose street photography and comments pushed me to get out and try it for myself. Please check out his blog, he has a fantastic combination of shots and stories. Today I went out to the old city centre of Querétaro (México) armed with my Lumix G2 and 20mm prime lens. It felt strange carrying so little gear; no tripod, lenses, camera bag, not even a spare battery. My intention was to go lightweight and just try to blend in. It took me a while to actually start taking pictures and looking over the ones I took I was certainly feeling the fear. I think I still need to get closer to the action and spend more time seeking those special moments.
